Quartzite

Quartzite (from German Quarzit) is a hard, metamorphic rock that was originally sandstone. Sandstone is converted into quartzite through heating and pressure usually related to tectonic compression within organic belts.
Quartzite is strong and durable which makes it a lasting building material for construction. It is used in all kinds of applications like Internal & external flooring, paving, cladding, skirting, table tops, countertops, kitchen tops, window sills, tombstones etc.
